My second workout = complete!

So I finally decided to get in shape. I’ve always been petite and I’m not concerned about my weight, but I just never work out. I decided I’d like to get some muscle, stamina and just overall better health. So I just started a 6 week home DVD workout program. It feels great to get moving! I’m definitely sore today from yesterday (my first workout) but I still made it through #2. Feeling accomplished :)
