5 Things Around the House to Throw Away →
I’ve been getting rid of stuff left and right. It feels so good!! Since I’m declutter mode this article caught my eye. They actually hit on some items I haven’t ditched yet, but need to. Japanese Women Don't Get Wrinkles - MORE Magazine →
This is a great article. But beware of SOY. Processed Soy products like Silk Soy Milk have high hormones. It’s unprocessed Soy that has all the benefits. Like the home-made soymilk mentioned in the article. I drink a lot less soymilk after learning this. I drink Almond Milk and get soy from edamame. See this article about Soy:...

USDA Defines Term “Organic” | via Beautificity →
“Tired of having toxins in their food, consumers are demanding more organically grown food. The problem has been that there were no standards set to determine just what “organic” meant. A farmer who used little fertilizers yet ran a farm that spewed toxic fumes into the air could still slap an “organic” label on their products. Now all if that has changed…”

“…if you look around at all the “smart” people you know, you’re likely to find the vast majority of them are incredibly ignorant when it comes to their own health. My second workout = complete!
So I finally decided to get in shape. I’ve always been petite and I’m not concerned about my weight, but I just never work out. I decided I’d like to get some muscle, stamina and just overall better health. So I just started a 6 week home DVD workout program. It feels great to get moving! I’m definitely sore today from yesterday (my first workout) but I still made it...
