This is a great article. But beware of SOY. Processed Soy products like Silk Soy Milk have high hormones. It’s unprocessed Soy that has all the benefits. Like the home-made soymilk mentioned in the article. I drink a lot less soymilk after learning this. I drink Almond Milk and get soy from edamame.

My second workout = complete!
So I finally decided to get in shape. I’ve always been petite and I’m not concerned about my weight, but I just never work out. I decided I’d like to get some muscle, stamina and just overall better health. So I just started a 6 week home DVD workout program. It feels great to get moving!
