This is a great article. But beware of SOY. Processed Soy products like Silk Soy Milk have high hormones. It’s unprocessed Soy that has all the benefits. Like the home-made soymilk mentioned in the article. I drink a lot less soymilk after learning this. I drink Almond Milk and get soy from edamame.

I just came across this beautiful chalk animation. Just before I got off the computer tonight I decided to soak up some inspiration over at the Design * Sponge, one of my favorite blogs. So I finally decided to get in shape. I’ve always been petite and I’m not concerned about my weight, but I just never work out.
